Background of the Study

In today’s business environment, organizations are increasingly recognizing the value of knowledge as a strategic asset. The study will explore how these systems affect organizational efficiency and the challenges faced by firms. Limitations may include difficulties in accessing detailed data on KM system usage and the lack of uniformity in how organizations define and measure efficiency.
